Pillars
As a sorority, we are a group of women who share common goals and values and are closely bonded by tradition and kinship. However, we are more than that. We are more than the different and unique individuals that we are.
As a sorority, as Kappa Phi Lambda, we value our three main pillars. Pillars are the standards and/or virtues that we all value and that our organization is founded upon. Every chapter of Kappa Phi Lambda is unique in their approach to these pillars but combining the foundation of our sorority, the bonds of sisterhood, and the unique traits of each of our members allows our sorority and its sisters room to grow as an individual.
Our three pillars of sisterhood, service, and cultural diversity allow our sisters to express creativity in carrying out our standards. These values of ours don't make us better than anyone; but rather, they allow our sisters to be a better individual she can be.
